Rachna supports the Nightpeak team as a Finance and Capital Markets Analyst, where she assists in capital market transactions and financing execution for the company.
Rachna began her renewable energy career as a Capital Markets Strategy & Operations Analyst at GoodLeap, where she contributed to asset-backed securitization structuring, performance analytics, and process optimization to support the company’s residential solar financing platform. Later, she joined Primergy Solar, a utility-scale energy developer, as a Commercial Strategy Analyst. Her work at Primergy primarily involved evaluating utility-scale solar, solar-plus-storage, and standalone battery projects in both greenfield development and acquisition stage.
Rachna holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Business from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
