Riley Cannon serves as Director of Real Estate for Nightpeak Energy, where he is responsible for overseeing real estate activities to advance the company’s growth. Over the course of his career, Riley has overseen over $1 billion in transactions, and has experience in site selection, investment management, and portfolio management across multiple sectors.
Prior to joining Nightpeak Energy, Riley managed real estate at two startups in the autonomous vehicle and e-commerce industries. In those roles, he led acquisitions, development, expansions, and renewals for many property types including industrial, office, data centers, and more. Prior to his work in the startup space, Riley held various roles at Realty Income Corporation, a real estate investment trust with a diversified portfolio.
Riley holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from San Diego State University.
